The Sandy Lane estate is another very popular location. This is not a gated development. It is an affluent area close to the Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club facilities. Most of the houses here are detached and set in beautiful gardens. Some have guest cottages.

Those living on the Sandy Lane Estate benefit from complimentaty use of the tennis courts nearby. They also have access to the Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club.

The properties are expensive but owners often buy and live there for years.

The club offers sun beds and umbrellas to occupants of houses on the Sandy Lane Estate. It is not open to the public. Members are however permitted to invite guests.  Facilities include a sensational club house with interiors by Kit Kemp of Firmdale Hotels. Sundial is less than 10 minutes’ drive from Holetown. Here you will find a large supermarket, duty free shopping and a medical facility. Holetown is the hub of the west coast with banks and a chattel shopping village for those who enjoy browsing.

Vistamar is located in the quiet cul-de-sac of South Road in The Sandy Lane Estate.  This has become one of the most sought after areas in The Sandy Lane Estate because of its mature trees and quiet ambiance.
