The Dream is a stunning, contemporary west coast property set just a few steps away from the turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea. It is located in the exclusive ‘The Garden’ area in St James. With 5 spacious bedrooms all en-suite and a wonderful 45 foot infinity pool with a large entertaining terrace, charcoal BBQ and pizza oven and direct access to the beach this tranquil retreat offers everything a discerning buyer could wish for.
This beach front, 6 bedroom property is one of the most attractive newly constructed properties located in a convenient position close to Hole Town on the west coast.

We absolutely love Oliver Messel houses. Messel was originally a stage set designer and he was a great friend of Princess Margaret and other royals. Although he died some time ago his legacy in Barbados remains and Messel houses are amongst the most sought after in Barbados. Not just because of their history but because Messel was able to create dreamy, romantic residences with exquisite gardens in classic timeless style.
It is difficult to depict in photos the elegance of a Messel home. In our view any Messel property which is on the market has to be on any list of the best properties for sale in Barbados. There is something fairy tale like about them with their Romeo and Juliet balconies, Messel green lattice work, symmetrical dimensions and fanlight windows.
Messel was an artist and romantic designer rather than an architect and the properties he designed are truly unique.
For obvious reasons Messel properties rarely come on the market but there is one currently for sale on the west coast of Barbados.

This is one of our favourite properties on the Sandy Lane estate. It has 6 bedrooms in total, 4 in the main house and 2 in a beautifully designed and furnished guest cottage.
Casablanca has been completely refurbished in the last few years and is tastefully decorated in whites, creams and taupes to create a tranquil and peaceful ambiance.
